CEO
Vwakpor Efuetanu is a distinguished innovator whose work has significantly impacted artificial intelligence, education, and renewable energy. He made history as the first Nigerian to receive an honorary Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence Technology and Entrepreneurship Sustainability from the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana, recognizing his groundbreaking contributions to AI and sustainable development.
He has also been recognized as one of Africa’s most promising under-40 emerging leaders in Tech by the renowned international journal US Times. This honor highlights his influence as a leader driving transformative change across the continent.
As the CEO and founder of Elite Global AI, Efuetanu has trained over 6,000 students, with a vision to reach over one million by 2030. His organization focuses on enhancing professional skills, promoting sustainable entrepreneurship, and fostering economic growth in underserved communities. Through his mentorship initiative, The Elite Class, he has guided countless youths toward personal development and career success, with many securing roles in Fortune 500 companies.
Efuetanu is also advancing renewable energy as the CEO of Blizz Renewable Energy Empire Limited (BREE), providing affordable solar power to over 5,000 homes in Nigeria. His journey from Medical Biochemistry to becoming a leader in AI and renewable energy exemplifies his dedication to innovation and empowerment, inspiring a new generation of leaders committed to building a sustainable future for Africa.

Ikpia Blessing Isioma is an accomplished professional in international business and youth development. As the top lead Ambassador in Africa for various U.S.-based international brands like Extern (formerly Paragon One), she has empowered over 1,000 students and youth across Africa with externship opportunities at Fortune 500 companies such as Ignite XL, PwC, Meta, and Snapchat. These programs provide young individuals with valuable hands-on experience, enhancing their portfolios and preparing them for future career success.

Additionally, Ikpia has collaborated with Circl, a U.S.-based organization dedicated to empowering underrepresented youth with essential leadership skills through their coaching program. Over 300 Africans from underrepresented backgrounds have benefited from this partnership. Her passion for fostering business growth and establishing global partnerships makes her a valuable asset in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Tech Lead
Uyoyou Uwuseba is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across multiple domains. He has a proven track record in building robust web applications, delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions that drive business growth. In the financial sector, Uyoyou has engineered sophisticated automated trading systems, optimizing performance and profitability.

Additionally, Uyoyou has made significant contributions to the blockchain space by developing secure and scalable smart contracts for EVM and Move VM blockchains. Recently, he has ventured into artificial intelligence, creating innovative AI software.
